Customers need to make a cumulative purchase of above Rs.1500 or more during the offer period (17- 18 Dec) to avail this offer.
The offer is valid on successful Grocery (both Bigbasket & bbnow) orders on Tata Neu only.
A successful order is defined as an order with no complete cancellation or returns. In case of complete cancellation or returns, the credited NeuCoins will be withdrawn, and you will not be eligible for the offer.
A credit of 150 NeuCoins will be initiated in your account within 20 days from the end of offer period subject to customer not cancelling the entire order(s). Can we use neu coins in this 1500? Or it has to be fully via card/wallet?
I am aware of two:
1) You can buy Bigbasket GV at 5-10% discount and use the same.
2) Use HDFC TataNeu Credit Cards.
Is this offer valid for those customers too who already participated in the same offer running from 1st to 5th Dec?
I can see the banner on the app myself.
Ideally it should work. As per T&C, the offer is valid from 17 to 18 Dec.
Can anyone please tell if we can use the tata new coins in 1500 or we have to pay 1500 entirely via card/wallet?
