I purchased TCL 39" from Amazon last week for Rs. 18,000 with additional 1800 CitBank Cashback to be recd shortly. Though we called TCL they said Amazon itself will do the installation later on same day Amazon sent a email from their Home Service to fix a time schedule so i selected it after 3 days and finally they came on the same day exact time and done the installation. Amazon had a perfect tracking sending Emails & SMS time to time. We just had a Normal Installation only but they did give the Wall Mount Brackets for later use.

I bought 43 incher for parents and TCL installed it about 10 days back. I went there sunday and found out that TCL executive has also filled in the extended warranty paper (18 Months+18 Months) as well as normal warranty paper. I am sure he must have filled it by mistake. But how do we actually buy it from TCL? Any one tried? @getready bro,did you ? Since the tv is in their dining room which is close to the kitchen, the panel is gonna get baked compared to the one in the living room.

My mom always love to experiment in cooking . And I don’t think TCL is built like a tank like the old crt to survive her “breaking bad” styled cooking
