Delivery person (so called technician) asked me very high difference amount without providing any evidence of cost charges(breakup). He told me to pay balance amount into his bank account.
I think it's type of scam. I reported this incident to Amazon customer care.

You can checkout Narzo 60X, POCO M6 Pro etc. Software experience is the issue with Tecno, Infinix etc brands. You get negligible software support.

Good phone with NFC. If NFC is not important then go with poco M6 Pro. The processor is an outdated one.

I said okay select the option and show me, He didnt showed then I agreed and he said cash doge ya UPI. I said UPI.
Then he showed his UPI and I suspected then. I told him to go back and then show me the amount he said back to karunga to cancel ho jayega package.
I said hone do cancel aap bas back karo.
I also asked the amount I am paying to you is it gonma reflect in invoice or Amazon and he denied that too.
Then he said okay I will raise a ticket in the warehouse that Cx denied paying the amount and I agreed.
Then he delivered the package and kept the exchange with him.
I reset my exchange device in front of him, the phone restarted to reset automatically and then he kept the phone in his pocket.
Anyway to make sure the device was reset properly? Although the device restarted after clicking on erasing all data in settings.

My package was supposed to be delivered today. No attempt made by the delivery person and he cancelled the order stating that the customer refused to accept it. Customer Service helpless in this case.
I was confident that the person who comes to take my Amazon seller packages will come to deliver the phone. Unfortunately, the package went to some new guy and he cancelled it. Will have to wait for the payment to be reversed and place a new order then.

got the phone, some issues that i could find.
The fast charging seems to work only for a few seconds after which the charging speed drops to 1500ma and takes around 30 mins for 20 points.(Using og charger & cable)
On call the audio level seems low on voice call but not on whatsapp call, dont know why.

try restarting, resetting mobile. also you must disable ai charging to get fast charging. just spend some time on various options to get optimal output. you must compromise on some and you benefit from some.
if you get it below 10k with a useless mobile exchange, it's worth.
