something is off about its ‘LTF’
Its states that
Eligible Members will receive the waiver of the Annual Fee for the first year in the first credit card statement from HDFC bank and every subsequent year thereafter.
Members will be required to pay all charges as applicable except Annual Fee.
that means they will only credit the fees back and not the GST applicable with it , they will auto debit the cc fees along with the GST charges and in the next
statement cycle credit only the CC fees back , this is as per my understanding. Please put your points forward on this

so if the redemption is only with GoIndigo.. then you are bound to them.. Not a good plan as some times other airlines run at better price.. I have a citibank paytm credit card which gives 1% on every spend and the amount is credited back immediately after the statement which looks good for now.
Does your Citibank Paytm cc give 1% back on insurance payment on LIC website? – I have 1.5 lac insurance coming due in the next quarter

Update: I just checked for other cards e.g. Regalia. Same condition is there and additionally if you don’t use your card for 3 months then card wouldn’t be LTF. They have introduced this condition recently.

I don’t have any HDFC CC nor SB a/c with HDFC Bank. But I hold Axis, ICICI and SBI credit card . I am eligible for this card…?

I guess they meant free lounge and international discounted markup charges.

There are both LTF and Non-LTF version of the card

2% cashback here is in form of 6E rewards and has a validity of 2 years… I would prefer Axis ACE over this even with a fee of 499 which can be waived with a spend of 2L….
This still leaves a lot to be desired unless you are going to fly around a lot in which case you should be looking at premium cards with travel benefits.

Got a call today. LTF free card. Existing card would be upgraded. All existing reward points would be converted to 6E rewards at 0.20 paise/per point. But they were ready to send the card to my Office address and not to home address. So had to decline
