Got a cal from hdfc ,they told they will replace existing card and give new one ..i said no

I did a mistake of upgrading from my Regalia Intl to 6E card in Feb. If anyone is thinking of upgrading please read this points.
Till now no reward points credited. Called customer care, they said reward points to be credited quarterly and due to covid it is expected to be further delayed.
And they said my transactions are not eligible as they are service related (I dont know what they meant by service related)/unknown. Have raised a compliant.
The reward points is applicable on base fare only.
