Bill Pay Cash Back Offer Overview:
 Bill Amount from Rs. 100 to Rs. 499, Cashback amount will be Rs. 5
 Bill Amount from Rs. 500 to Rs. 999, Cashback amount will be Rs. 10
 Bill Amount from Rs. 1000 to Rs 1999, Cashback amount will be Rs. 20
 Bill Amount from Rs. 2000 to Rs 4999, Cashback amount will be Rs. 50
 Bill Amount from Rs. 5000 to Rs 7499, Cashback amount will be Rs. 100
 Bill Amount from Rs. 7500 and above, Cashback amount will be Rs. 200

Terms and Conditions
1. Kotak Mahindra bank is bringing this offer for its Net Banking and Mobile Banking Customers who are holding a Savings Bank account or a Current Bank account (“Customers”).
2. The Offer is available to the Customers who have not made a bill payment or registered a bill before 22nd February 2017
3. Only registering a bill will not be considered as eligible transaction for cash back. Bill should be registered and paid.
4. Offer is valid from the 12:01 am of 22nd February 2017 to 11:59 pm 31st March 2017
5. Day is defined as 12:01 am to 11:59 pm. To avail the cashback the Customer is required to register and pay a bill the minimum amount of which must be Rs 100 to be eligible for the benefits of the offer.
6. Cash back will be credited to the successful bill payments only. The Maximum cash back that the Customer can avail is capped to Rs. 200.
7. Cash back will be credited only to the Kotak Mahindra Bank account, which was used for debit (payment) of bills.
8. Cash back will be credited within 60 days of the offer last date.
9. Refunds / Cancellations / Reversals will not be considered as eligible transactions.
10. This campaign is only for resident individuals only.
11. The decision of the banks on selection of eligible transactions and eligible customers will be final and binding to all customers.
12. Offer not applicable on VMT Credit Card Payment. Also, not applicable for payments created using Debit Card or Credit Card. The source of payment should be Net Banking login or Mobile app.
13. A customer can get only one cash back during the offer period. If a customer is declared as an eligible customer once, s/he will not be declared as a daily eligible customer again even though the transactions did by him / her fall in accordance with terms & conditions of the offer.
14. Participation in this offer is voluntary. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
15. Customers who are registered for Net Banking but blocked / locked due to variable reasons are required to unblock / unlock their Net Banking access by using online password generation facility on www.kot...om or by visiting the nearest Kotak Bank branch or by calling up 24 hours Customer Contact Centre at 1860 266 2666.
16. The Bank reserves the right at any time without previous notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of the terms and conditions, or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
17. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
18. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offer or otherwise relating here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts, irrespective of whether any other court / tribunal has concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
