I. Contest Details, Concept and Participation:
• These terms and conditions apply to the “Too Yumm Gold” program for consumers (hereinafter referred to as Contest") sponsored and launched by Guiltfree Industries Limited, wherein consumers of Too Yumm can participate by sending an SMS with the Unique Code printed inside the pack to 70906 70906.
• The contest is valid only in India (except the entries from the state of Tamil Nadu) from 01/01/2022 to 30/04/2022 (herein after referred as “Contest Period”).
• During the Contest Period:
• 11520 winners will be selected to win Rs.500 Digital Gold.
• 850 winners will be selected to win Rs.5000 Digital Gold.
• All IPR rights including trademark, copy right and designs used are the property of their respective owners.
• The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
• Consumers of Too Yumm participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
• Too Yumm or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd are not liable for any guarantee or warranty of the Digital Gold. Mobikwik warranty or guarantee will apply to the Digital Gold.
• • The contest will commence from 10.00:01 AM on 01/01/2022 to 5:59:59 PM on 30/04/2022
  • 12370 winners will be selected in every day between 12:01:00 pm to 7:59:59 pm during the contest period. Entries coming between 8:00:00 pm to 11:59:59 am will not receive the cashback code and will also not be eligible for participation in the Lucky Draw. The Entries will be required to be re-sent during the next day for becoming eligible for Cash Back and to participate in the Lucky Draw.
  • Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the SMS mode of participation at Guiltfree Industries Limited
  • Entries coming outside the Contest Period will not be considered for winner selection.
  • The contest shall run on the following SKUs of Too Yumm:

    V. Prizes:
  • During the Contest Period, winners will be selected for Rs. 500 Digital Gold for contest period of 120 days. Therefore, there will be a total of 11520 such prizes which will be declared during the contest period.
  • During the Contest Period, winners will be selected for Rs.5000 Digital Gold for contest period of 120 days. Therefore, there will be a total of 850 such prizes which will be declared during the contest period
    VI. How to Participate:
  • Any participant can enter a maximum of two time during the contest period from a mobile number.
