Transfer Ola money to bank at 0% charges

I transferred money to bank but first time successfully transferred and second time ola history shows successfully transferredbut money not received in bank. Any pne have faced such issue?? Please tell me how much time I will have to wait??

edit: get refunded back in ola money and then transferred 900+100 sucessully… will try more tomorrow..

CC → PayZapp → OLA Add money (waiting for cashback in PayZapp) → Transferred to bank (first time transferred, so no error faced) → Bank to CC

I loaded through payzap , when I transfer it to bank but it not transferable than I transfer to my friend’s ola wallet ,this time it is not transferable through my friend’s account ,when i talk cc they told send money can not be transferable.
Can any give any suggestions to transfer that amount to bank??

Please note that the system is designed to not allow cash backs, incoming P2P to be remitted to bank account.

The system calculates the lifetime Ola Money recharge for the account and the amount user has sent to other users and also remitted to bank account. This is then used to calculate the remittance limit of the user. Any user who has lower limit than the amount he is trying to remit the transaction will be declined.

The users are encouraged to recharge Ola Money through bank to increase these limits. However some users in the system have negative remittance limits and recharging a small amount may not open the remittance for these accounts.
