When you cancel your filler order, the filler charges added at Original order product
Like for example
If i order a biscuit of Rs 20 + Book of Rs 5
If i cancel Book, the Book amount added into biscuit order of Rs 20+5 = 25
You will Not get any refund

is this ‘before’ any of the SKUs get into despatched status ? even then, this seems odd. they do have to show the refund of the cancelled item in their books. are they simply adjusting the shortfall in shipping charges that get applied on sub-500 orders
by routing the refund off a legitimate cancellation of a part order !!

if any of the SKUs in a given order gets to despatched mode (or may be, waiting for courier pick-up)
then the payable order value is frozen as it is.
It means;
say you ordered two FBA items
LMN – 460 INR
ABC – 50 INR
now if item# ABC is despatched and you decide to cancel (if system allows it at user end) LMN;
then in this case the ABC will still get delivered to you without shipping charges added to that leg of the transaction.
although this happened with me only once where a lightening deal item from my side had to be cancelled while the other lightening deal item (a small value item) had shipped in few hours of ordering.
The refund of the cancelled item was effected at the order price. [my cousin had ordered the same thing parallelly without me knowing, so one of us had to stop it. requirement was only for one of those.]

After shipping price is frozen….I am doing this last time ….the only way is to cancel the filler order after shipping of original but how to get refund in debit card/cc is a big problem….bcoz they prefer to refund in GV …
