Yes for the Cards purchased on Amazon seems to be different. I sent them an email for the cards purchased on Amazon but those weren’t activated. Then i sent SMS and it got activated next day
I tried to register RBL card on cards.youfirst.co.in but after filling the details while submitting page always reset nothing works, activation request sent Saturday… tried with transaction to Zita and mobikwick portal but nothing work failed , mobikwick processing only….
How we get to know card was activated or I missed something else… please help
Mostly within 24-48 hours it gets activated.
Maybe yours is not activated yet tats y it’s redirecting . I too faced similar pblm first. Later activated.
Also did u enter YY /MM in correct format. It year first then month.
Ordered 5k card of Boi visa.
Instead received RBL Rupya card.
Sent sms for activation on Saturday. After 2 days, not activated. Then sent email. Next 2 days no response. Then again sent reminder email. Received prompt response saying card already activated. Sent SMS for generating Ipin/Apin. No response, been 1 day. Tried registering card on site. No luck there either. Tried purchasing something on Amazon, payment declined/failed. Tried calling toll free customer care number, no one picks it up. Finally just shot an email to you first describing the ordeal. Which I would need as proof for filing a case with RBi banking ombudsman.
How to activate rupay rbl card from shopclues??? PM pls or tag if possible
