It’s not allowing me to add HDFC bank as secondary. Throws message that HDFC and Citi bank don’t support mutual fund investment through debit card and net banking.Has anyone else faced the same problem?

Units are not allotted till now.
Usually I get processing message from AMC. And Upon login directly to AMC website, the transaction is not even in pending transactions. Goalwise is taking a lot of time to process the transaction.

The thing is they must not have expected so much transaction .they must be overwhelmed with the amount of orders so processing will take time I think due to less staff.is all the processing automated or some are manual?
