If you are looking for 18% gst input tax credit then think again before buy from amazon or flipkart because from today onwards Amazon business stops giving gst tax invoices for iPhone 13 models. Till yesterday they were proving gst invoices but now they stops. Same goes with flipkart as 4-5 days ago flipkart was providing gst invoices but from 1st oct they also stops. They have very clear intention is to forfeit our gst input tax credit.
Clearly both amazon and flipkart doing unethical things in this sales. If you were looking for gst input credit claim it’s better to avoid purchase online now or purchase it offline or you can buy it later when this so called sale period gets over.
