Haha..one of my orders for groceries also disappeared. 
Looks, like CC is deleting orders from backend when I raised issue for non-delivery. 
Ordered worth 3500 rs produst with this hdfc card offer, next day delivered with nice big 3 separate baggage. 2 products not available, so on invoice it says refund initiated, not even required to call customer care. Really good first experience in mumbai area.
Also check after 3 months in debit card section of hdfc netbanking 10% full cashback will be there, you just need to click on reedeem
I redeemed many times for different offers.

This cashback came as a surprise because the JioMart under invoiced (less than 1000) due to certain items not in stock. However, they credited the cashback. That is a good sign of my dialogue with some senior functioning as this is quite usual for the card business to not to honour cashback in case of refund or cancellations. Here they acted as an exception, that way Reliance can pull strings. Total order value 1103, cancellation reduced the invoice amt to 975, hence I was apprehensive. Good something came back.
