I am getting charging speeds of only 960mA with all the chargers I tried. I have disabled optimal charging option and still it’s charging at 960mA only. Checked with Accubattery and Ampere apps.

All the dimers who recieved it, what’s your opinion how is the phone for 20k, leave aside the dual screen and talk about only phone. Is it worth 20k with 855 processor, wireless charging, OLED screen, ip68 rating, NFC, military grade certified.

Still no stock, checked at 8 AM.

Which charger u guys are using. Can we use oppo/oneplus fast charger ?

The main reason why I made an account here was to join this discussion and say that I’ve still not been able to order this phone, maybe it’s my luck or what but I’ve been trying since the last few days to book it for my brother’s birthday. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Even without the second screen its a sure shot buy . Camera is good with adequate lighting and urnyx latest gcam is also working without any config files. Not into selfies but heard an unanimous opinion its front camera being better than other flagships . Telephoto is the only missing thing but if u can live with it the camera should be good . Gcam photos turned out brighter with urnyx in some challenging light situation . Also one weird thing when playing video on youtube somehow the clarity was better than when played on POCO F1. This was pointed by by wife when she was playing some videos and said she loved watching it on the G8X . I thought it was due to the oled display but when compared to her Realme 5 pro there was actually a quality difference. Then I thought it would be due to the processor so tried on my Poco F1 and even on that the video was nowhere that crisp like the LG G8X pro.

Single phone in hand feel is premium and you can tell the difference from right the unboxing. Also sound quality is even good on the speaker when compared with POCO F1 . Honestly dint have hight expectation on speaker quality but it is good . You cant go wrong with the headphone jack . With my BLON BL03 it just sounded amazing with that Quad DAC kicking in . Display quality is great when coming from LCD but dont have an AMOLED to compare . But colors do really pop out . Dint feel the jitters or lag in the UI as of now .

For the differences it should have added a telephoto lens that would make it just perfect in the camera department. In display fingerprint needs around a second to unlock and thats something not as fast as our old reliable side mounted or rear mounted scanners. However , i feel this will grow over time and muscle memory will by default keep your finger pressed on the screen for approx half to one second . Accuracy seems good . With dual display I have configured my thumb to unlock the device. With the accessory phone is bulky especially when laying flat. But you can roll it all the way back and then it is useful to use one handed and the load distribtution also feels better but your access to back cam gets lost. I found keeping the phone in L Shape / 90 degree angle best while accessing the rear camera . Battery with dual display on went from 100 to 50 with standby time of 7.30 hrs and Screen on Time of 3.15 minutes .

Frankly speaking when this deal was revealed, I thought this is going to be like this much off on exchange of a particular phone, then adding the buy back value after 1 year and 20k would be cost of owning the device for an year, but LG has pulled it off with ample stock and no asterisk(*) on top of price, dumping the dead stock is another story.
All of us believed it would be less then 10 units in stock and this to be a marketing gimmick.

Received phone. But I have not received POGO connector (magnetic connector for second screen). Also content on the box don’t mention it. Vietnam manufactured phone.
Anyone else having this issue?

Only con that I’ve found in the phone as of now is slow indisplay Finger Print scanner. Have added 3 finger prints as of now & even then it only unlocks 6-7 times out of 10. Will add another one to be sure. SMH
