They are same panels right? That’s why cutout for selfie cam is there even though cam itself is not present on the second screen.
unless you are looking to change your phone in an year. This flagship should be good to go for 5 years in the right hands, btw, i could get it in the second sale.. again, it was not for me. already 5G phones prices are falling..
With a heavy user, the battery will fail by the third year and needs to be replaced. But new batteries won’t be sold at that time for this model because they aren’t Xiaomi or BBK who are always in demand in India.

Guys, lg has done massive fraud by giving us models with quality control issues, almost all units manufactured in vietnam have display issues it has uneven gradient. Here’s the refrence video –
Tried to do this with my device as well and compare with Black shark 2 and OnePlus 6.
Guess what even my unit has the same grey banding.
It looks like this is a characteristic of the LG’s OLED panel compared with AMOLED panels used by OnePlus, Mi and Samsung.
Some more points I have noticed is that LGs brightness range is way more both above and below the point of display being barely visible and very bright. While the OnePlus 6 and Black Shark 2 are limited in low and max brightness.
Can others also check and confirm.
Please do this in a very very dark room as the grey bands are barely visible in pitch dark at lowest brightness.

people usually ise thier phone more at night when its dark, atleast I do. And horizonal lines are on static screen not when I scroll fast(its another thing, which happens in amoled screens too). and apart from horizontal banding which is present in the secondary display, there’s color unevenness too in the main screen.(visible in dark room).
