recheck your cancelled order, the address section you will see phone number of the addressee , the coupon will work on this number associated paytm account.
mine was same thing and ordered , shipped got cashbacks also, sent bank account also without any additional charge.

I got the code and ordered again , shipped, got cashback, delivered,verified, and cashback transferred to bank account. All is done well for me.

I got the code and ordered again , shipped, got cashback, delivered,verified, and cashback transferred to bank account. All is done well for me.

I haven’t yet received money in my paytm wallet. What should I do should I ask some coupon from them I heard many dimers got coupons of same amount of order as a compensation.

For past one week Paytm is not refunding the amount instantly. I got the refund for two of the cancelled orders after 24 hours. For one of them I had written to CC on which they replied the refund will be done in 24-48 hours.
For a 100% cash back cancelled order, I had got a coupon against it of equivalent value automatically from Paytm withing 24 hours of order cancellation.
I had placed another order using that coupon which too got cancelled yesterday. The coupon validity was till 10th and today morning again placed another order successfully using that coupon and this time the order is accepted by the seller and is ready to be shipped state
