I did not ask for the coupon, it came automatically within 24 hours of order cancellation with mail subject ‘Sorry about your cancelled order. How about a surprise to make up?’ and another dimer has posted a screen shot of similar mail in this thread earlier.
The coupon was for Rs 299/-. (Equivalent of the order cancellation amt).

It’s item ordered using the 299 code sent by paytm and I paid the difference amount…

my electronics sae product was cancelled n when I wrote to them they said that already 100 percent cashback was refundef thats it.

s they will not give on all items its restricted for a few ……………….

My order of mobile phone worth rs. 1101 was canceled 2 days back, received refund today but didn’t got any code
just now emailed them, hope they will send me the new code

My order of spice mobile worth 1450 was cancelled by them yesterday..

As of now, they will not give compensation coupon equal value for the cancelled order by them or seller. We have to join together and collect order numbers to publish their real face during the next 100 cashback sale in face book, someone to create new forum, so all users can share their order numbers that was cancelled by them and not fulfilled by compensation coupons.

btw why to wait till next 100% CB sale…. make a complaint now and ask for the coupon
I emailed them yesterday and requested a 100% CB coupon. One stupid guy from paytm replied me – Sorry for the delay, your refund will be initiated ASAP. I already got the refund and this stupid guy is replying me without checking my order details
I have asked for the coupon again, let’s see what they reply this time

Bullshit Man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paytm is becoming a worst site day by day to deal with.
