something fishy going on mine also showing balance amount now in all the bookings

same for me now booking showing confirmed and OYO asking for 4886 rupee. but i have received email from OYO customer care for refund which i paid on 2nd june:

5471-585(breakfast) = 4886. i think that means i will not get breakfast?

They auto confirmed my booking and now saying zero payment required at the hotel..I will suggest all to wait and watch before cancelling themselves. I spoke with one of the agent and it seems it happened for all the bookings, not just for booking via this coupon code.

Oyo’s twitter account is flooded with cancellation issues. They are pathetic. I paid for three bookings and now customer care is saying your payment has not been posted. I think they will run away with our money.

i did not pay anything as i chose pay at hotel, but they cancelled without any intimation.

just wasted 20 minutes talking to a cc agent. Don’t bother calling them, they are doing booking again at the original 50% discount

In same hotel , for same number of days with complimentary breakfast + Rs 200 Amount Less.

Cancelled booking was confirmed automatically, with prepaid amount still showing refunded, asking for same amount to be paid again. No idea what they intend to do. They are not processing any refunds, even for bookings done and cancelled without that coupon. While for other account where that coupon was not used, refund got credited instantly

Oyo sending coupons for them whom future booking cancelled automatically.
Those who still not got solution please contact customer care and ask them to provide escalation team.
