dont buy from youbroadband…they dont give service after connection….very bad experience in ahmedabad..

their engineer prakash and their seniours dhaval dont have answer about not working of my conenection from last 15 days..

Initially I had Tata Photon (got it during their entry to market). Paid 1500 + Taxes, it was a pure unlimited plan with no FUP. I have used it for almost 2.5 years and extremely happy with that. Last year they introduced FUP limit of 15 GB.

Then I switched to Airtel BB, it was good, though had an horrible experience with CC, when we relocated.

Finally, I am using Tikona since Oct 2011. Initially my rental was 1499 with 18 GB FUP after that speed was 256 Kbps. Then 3-4 months back they revised the plans and FUP was after 36 GB and after FUP speed was 1 Mbps. Now this month they have revised the plan, and I currently for 999 (excluding taxes), Im getting 50 GB at 2 Mbps, thereafter 1 Mbps.

AFAIK, their service is good, I get 2 Mbps download speed. Im in Chennai.

Cannot agree more. I am from Chennai too. Exactly whatever you detailed has happened to me. I then decided to retain the Airtel connection I had. If they treat people like that even before you take their connection what can you expect from them afterwards …

Guys, I applied for You broadband connection and paid Rs. 2000 as installation and 1 month rent fee. Till date no-one has come to do the connection… They had assured me of a connection in maximum 5 days..

I’ve written to You broadband cust care too, but no replies yet..

even i have used in pune .. really amazing one…
