criteria is processor long life performance decent

(only longevity matters)

1)5G phone or 4g?

2)Chinese, Indian, Taiwanese, Japanese, Korean only. American not affordable as per practicality of price.

3)As longetivity of processor is main criterion, gaming performance speed etc are kept in the backseat.

URGENTLY need by today. Please suggest

I would suggest moto g71. I would buy myself if I'm in that budget. Has all the basics covered with 5G and snapdragon.

I also agree with Moto G71. Has decent power, 5000 mAh battery, all 5G bands support. If u don't mind 5g, I would suggest u to go with vanilla Redmi Note 11 or just to be launched moto G72. Both are based on 6nm architecture and offer excellent battery life.

Do not go for Motorola. I don't know why people are pushing it. I heard few things like less ads, stock rom etc... But all new Motorola phones look like those 5000 - 6000 range old phones of tecno, lava etc.., Even they look better now.... Tecno has new mixed color model. Just go for Realme, Poco or Mi They look like Flagship Phones @ 15k - 20k, specs are great too not just looks.

As someone said in other thread, for long life, stop updating.

I got Samsung M20 Phone for my Dad and Realme 3i for Mom in 2019; have twice changed my Dad's phone as it has become buggy after so called updates; 2nd phone was Moto G40 despite double the budget. While Realme is still going strong with hardly any lag coz of no updates. It was unintentional as Mom ran out of space and phone was not updated since 2020.
