Hello Dimers,

I wish to purchase a good budget Smart TV during this sale period. I have been closely monitoring TVs in this price range and am not able to make up my mind. Please help me narrow my choice. Lot of good TVs are out there, need someone to guide me. Open to any brand.

Edited: More interested in 55 inch TVs.

Thanks in advance,
Cheers.

I feel like VU televisions are great definitely better than xiaomi and iffalcon tv. If you can get vu tv just look for tvs with at least 400 nits it’s mentioned in flipkarts specifications page.
I have personally viewed mi tv(first tv the thinnest one)and iffalcon 55 inch and vu pixel light 43inch tv side by side and vu tv picture quality is far better than other two. I have tested them in my college I and two of my friends had these 3 tvs.
Vu tv have better brightness and better gray uniformity and less light bleeding.
All the tv above were bought around 2 years ago all of them are working fine and I didn’t need any service so can’t comment on that.

One tv that I think I should mention is Ridaex tv. This tv is definitely better than above 3 tv but I had awful experience with them they delivered my tv and asked me to not open it and took tv back and refunded me my money after 2 months of follow up. Their ceo called me threatened me with lawsuit all because I asked some questions about their tv on YouTube and Twitter. And now I think they’ve improved in customer service but still I’m not gonna recommend it. But you can check it out. Their specifications are good and it’s an Indian company.

If that’s the case then you are left out with very limited options like mi, realme and Vu I guess if I am not wrong.

Vu TVs are definitely in my list.
I was thinking about the recently launched Nokia TVs with Onkya soundbar. It seems to be nice and appealing. Tech reviewers are voting for it also.

Its so hard right, narrowing the list. wink

@witty I have tried to see some review videos on this TV. The brand is famous in US. Could you please describe the experience and quality? Does this TV have good customer support?

I really like the tv and the experience so far, given that i got it for under 30k. The picture quality is great, has both dolby atmos and vision. The sound is loud and clear and supports dual band WiFi. All in all, I find it a good package.
