Activate Jio Sim Problem

Had applied for jo sim last week and today got the sms that its ready for televerification.It is being used on asus laser 2 phone from which i got the bar code.As my phone is not volte i had to call the 1800889999 to get my data activated.But on my voda number the never got connected.So download jio join app and called 1977 from it for verification.Got the number verified but the moment i got the sms that the services are activated.I am not able to call or use data on it.It says that balance on yur number has finished and says to do a recharge and for data it says that i have already exhausted my data.How am i supposed to use this sim ? In my jio app i cannot login with data on .I already made a jio id through wifi and already downloaded all apps.Customer care says get your sim changed .Any help on what to do ??

just call 18008901977 from any number and punch jio number , if it asks for document id, then your sim is ready for televerification. otherwise it will transfer you to customer care which means your sim is not ready for activation as of now
I have got SIM package but number is not there on it. How to find Jio number?

I got a Jio Sim 2 weeks back from Chennai and it is not activated yet. I got the first SMS though but televerification sms never showed up. tried calling customer care but hung up after listening to hold music for over 15 mins.

just call 18008901977 from any number and punch jio number , if it asks for document id, then your sim is ready for televerification. otherwise it will transfer you to customer care which means your sim is not ready for activation as of now

that is a postpaid sim. ask the store from where you got it

Check if you have received any message in Tamil as even I got the sim last Tuesday and when I checked on Saturday, there was a message in Tamil from Jio. Guessing the message to tele verify, I called up 1977 and my sim was immediately activated.
Anyone facing issues with the call. I have a notification in my mobile that Jiojoin is offline and whenever, I try to call I get the message to connect to valid Jio 4g or jiofi.
However, 4G is working without any issue and also the VOLTE was working fine but got disconnected after 30 mins inactivity.
Went to the local Jio Office today, it’s called “Jiocentre”. All CAFs and Identity Proofs from all digital Express and other dealers come here for verification. Here I found out that there has been a document mismatch and that’s why my number has not been activated. I got the SIM on 29th received order ID on 31st and after that no message. They have asked me to come tomorrow since they couldn’t locate my CAF and documents today. Will do tomorrow and see what happens.
