Top five companies of the Adani Group in terms of debt have a total debt of Rs 2.1 lakh crore, a CLSA report said. Of this, only 40% of the debt is with Indian banks - public sector banks account for 30% and private banks the remaining 10%.
The brokerage pegs the exposure of Indian private banks at 0.3% of FY24 loans and 1.5% of FY24 net-worth. For PSU banks, the exposure is 0.7% of FY24 loans and 6% of FY24 net-worth, CLSA said.
The bank debt (term loans, working capital and other facilities) forms 38 percent of the total debt, while bonds/CP constitute 37 percent, 11 percent is borrowing from financial institutions and the remaining 12-13 percent is inter-group lending.

That's the thing,
no good mutual funds houses has exposure to adani, (many exited some months ago did they know report coming?)
all company raise money through QIP/rights issue for a reason adani uses FPO route,
in last 10 yrs only 4 company raised money via FPO (google their name and why they did that),
this stocks went up in 90 degree angle(no stock in history survived that, infosys had one time went up like that didnot give any return for next 5-6yrs),
has a valuation like tesla (even that corrected so much),
if u still believe adani after this fall is cheap/value pls sell ur fds/house and invest in this opportunity DON'T MISS IT #risk_hai_to_isq_hai
