Airtel Axis Bank Credit Card Issue

Today received September Month statement for Airtel Axis Bank Credit Card. Again there is issue with Cashback. Did two Cylinder bookings last month. Both are not tracked. August month statement also had issue with Cashback. Tired of following up with them. After sending email to Nodal Officer, it says it will take 90 days to resolve the dispute and get the Cashback.
Are you guys facing the same issues?

Same for me. They have a common merchant name fir recharges and utility bill payment due to which we are missing cashback on 1 category. Not sure when they will fix. Have sent an email to Nodal today. Still my Grabdeals cashback issues have not been resolved since 2 months for my flipkart axis cc. I am pretty sure this will also not get resolved.
same for me. Got the statement today. It showed 850 cashback earned while I was expecting 1300. Where to complain?
In my case expected CB is 977 and they showed 964. So very little difference.
For Airtel bills the merchant shown is "AirtelGurgaonIn" and for utility bills the merchant shown is "AirtelMumbaiIn". So there is clear distinction.
The issue is with Razorpay gateway. Razorpay is creating a false merchant name by artificially injecting the prefix "RAZ*" before the correct merchant name. While making the transaction if the gateway is Razorpay, abort immediately and do not proceed with txn.
Today paid water bill and got AIRTEL only as the merchant. What the hell is Airtel doing.
U will get 25% upto 300 for this, its a bug
For me utility bil payment cashback is missing, needs to complain Airtel.

Today I did a transaction to book cylinder on Android version of Airtel app and got APBLUTIL as merchant but as expected the booking did not went through though money got deducted. I faced this issues earlier also in June repeatedly and none of my bookings were successfull with merchant ABPLUTIL that time also.
For Ola cabs, earlier I was getting 10%, but this time got 1%.
Merchant name every time have been olacabs.com
Anyone else faced this issue?
In my case they didn't even given 1%
Are they stopped issuing this card?

Anyone received a response from PNO. I sent email on Saturday still no response.
Is cash back will be considered for statement month or normal month,like my statement is generated on 22nd of every month so cashback for transactions done after 22nd will come in same month or next month?
For recharges and utility bills merchant is coming same AIRTEL from past few months which will give 25% upto 300 which is counted under recharges and we will loose on 10% upto 300 which is exclusively for Utility bill payment. Sent an email to PNO and they took my request but I know they will take ages to come back and this will never be resolved.
Bloody PNO replied that he has raised a request with merchant. Following is his reply -
However, for the transaction of Rs.4,648/- we have processed the cash back as per MID mentioned by the merchant and we have raised a request for the same with merchant. If the dispute in cashback due to update/changes in MID from the partner’s or preferred merchants and if you are eligible for the cash back, you will receive the same within 90 days of transaction date. So, kindly check from your end and if you have not received any cash back for specific transactions then revert us back with the transaction details to check further.
Same copy paste reply by pno to me also.. best avoid this card.. only useful if u have airtel sim and fibre...
Update: Received additional cashback for September Month Statement after complainting to Nodal Officer.
