Ajio sent old sweater instead of ordered kurti

I need suggestions from DD dimers about refund from AJIO, as I bought kurti of amount 984 rupees but AJIO sent me an old sweater. I don't know who the hell done this whether it is done by AJIO seller or courier xpressbees but now I need refund. I made return request but AJIO cancel this. Now what to do?
Any way to get refund?? If someone suffered from same situation then can share your experience also.

For all, AJIO refuse return twice and their customer care is also not ready to return. I have no option rather than to file a case in consumer forum but I have no time for this. Finally, lost 986 rs in AJIO STARSALE. 😞
Same thing happened with me.
Ordered a American Eagle Tshirt, received Van Heusen Track Pant.
Placed a return request and was able to return it hassle free
Unless you tweet and bring to their attention nothing going to workout.
Exercise your right to return from app or website.
Finally got my refund but still they refund in ajio cash
... So , I must have to buy something from them.
