Hi guys, I was just trying to do an Electricity Bill Payment from my Amazon Account and started encountering this error that: You have exceeded maximum limit allowed for category, use UPI only.
My account is Full KYC + Prime.
What are the limits for electricity bill payment via Pay Balance? I have been paying almost 15-16k per month since a year maybe but never faced this issue before. Please suggest what to do? Is this forever blocked or month/year limit?

@sauravDD @SandipxDip Just asked customer care, they said max allowed is 10k now. Is it true? Just 10k bills per month 🥲?
