Amazon fresh auto cancel issue

Placed Amazon fresh order 7 times on 24 SEP 2022 & 2 times on 25 SEP 2022 .All the orders get auto cancelled from Amazon without my consent within 2 minutes .
Can anybody tell me how to resolve this issue ?
