Amazon fresh auto cancel issue

Placed Amazon fresh order 7 times on 24 SEP 2022 & 2 times on 25 SEP 2022 .All the orders get auto cancelled from Amazon without my consent within 2 minutes .
Can anybody tell me how to resolve this issue ?

In my case, the cause of Amazon fresh order cancellation was multiple cashbacks were autoapplying on my fresh orders in year 2022.
Amazon customer care were not able to solve the issue.
In 2023 the issue was corrected itself & I can place Amazon fresh orders
