Amazon grocery wholesale purchase

One of my friend is purchasing grocery in large scale from amazon and delivering to small retail shops , I asked him how he is doing , but he is not revealing the details , for me it shows limit for every product , but he is getting 30 to 40 same type of products in single order , can anyone explain how it is possible ?

Maybe they have multiple business accounts or many regular accounts in name of family members. Why not ask Amazon directly ?
