Amazon not giving cashback

amazon has turned to be a fraud these days, i was supposed to receive 25 cashback for choosing late delivery but not received yet.
Similarly, the offer 50 cb on 500 shopping is fake, didn’t get cashback despite paying through UPI. The amount is not even showed at the final page.
Anybody with similar experiences?

I had a similar issue, chose late delivery and was supposed to get 25 for it, but never got, asked CC, they said to me no such offer is mentioned on this order
I eventually gave up rather than wasting time for 25 Rs. Learnt my lesson of taking a screenshot going fwd
no use of SS also, once the CB is not credited as expected by system then there are very less chances of getting it later
I think Amazon too started honoring only few selected customers like HDFC
Offers cannot be clubbed anymore I guess
That is the case since last year(sometime after corona lockdown started).

In 500 shopping 50cb upi terms they have mentioned some node links which are not eligible… U might purchased from non eligible products…
even i did not receive 50 on 500. its already 15 days now. and i am too lazy to call cc for the cb.
Did you enter upi id manually?
Btw Those who have icici Amazon card, why are you using 50 on 500 offer
With icici card and affiliate, you’ll get around 35 Rs savings on 500, and more if order higher than 500. Better to go for that
I placed a order yesterday in fashion category.
Received both 20% upto 200 in fashion
And flat ₹50 on ₹500 cashback.
I also had such experience that late delivery cashback never came.
Happened with me twice
1. Didn’t got cb for my pantry order through amazon pay later. Even cb was shown on final payment page. Issue escalated for 1 month. Finally amazon told no such offer was there and asked me to share SS (which i havent taken)
2. Didn’t given 200 cb for more than 1k order by simply saying product i purchased not elligible for cb while in t&c no such things mentioned. Even shared ss of t&c but no reply.
