Amazon or Flipkart : Which is your first choice ?

Hello,
If you are planning to order something and found both Flipkart and Amazon have same price / offer also same delivery date. Which one would you prefer ?
Just curious to know.
As an Amazon fan boy my answer is obvious

Depends on product and price and both ok
Amazon for everything unless it’s flipkart exclusive. I remember amazon used to deliver to my village via India post before they started ATS. Many times they have refunded me for genuine issue. They knew power of India post and have used it a lot. Then they created their own logistics ATS. Flipkart on other hand just copies everything amazon does. At that time flipkart didn’t used to deliver to my pin code.

Amazon has better customer support.
Amazon give us best service, and flipkart can cancel the order even after seller ships the product (reason they mentioned: seller cancelled the order)… Meanwhile u will receive notifications for seller processed ur order, order picked by courier partner, product intransit…

Flipkart is best due to super coins facility and any product show is desi dime price is similar very long time…..
