Amazon Pay ICICI card negative CB

Yeah for me it's also in negative because I returned a high value purchase.

And got high CB in earlier statement. (-250)

Seems like I have to make a spreadsheet of apay card spending from now on.

But I feel too lazy to do it.

I did not return or refund anything. Did LIC payment of 40k, that too on Sept. Credit Cards seem to be a liability these days lol.

I got 3% CB for last month Amazon GC purchase. So next month, they will deduct extra CB !!

Amazon Pay is the Only ENTRY LEVEL BEST Card According to me which comes user LTF and also Reward Rates are decent

I suspect it is due to LIC Premium only. I paid around 1.5L using APay CC. I got some extra cashback in that billing cycle. I feel they corrected their mistake. Anyway I have asked for clarification over the email. Will follow up.

Every bank/financial institution reserves the right to recover any money/benefit given by mistake to customer, it is there in T&C. An extreme example of this see below:

After Statement generated, sometimes it's take upto 24-48hrs to credit RPs. @tomriddle

ICICI Apay card rarely works for online discounts (Once in a while on Flipkart, none during regular days & 5% for popular sales [Amazon])
These are straight forward deductions (For bill payments and GVs, the merchant ID is different now and regular users are aware they won't be getting 5% unless it is direct shopping). 
Amazon used to take back RPs/Cashback for EMI orders, same happened with GC/Bill payment orders too in the past but they did it only for a month/two (According to dimers) and not the entire period (2 years+)

For lic payment 2 % cb on Amazon site as it was billpayment last year i got same 1700 negative points but i raised complaint called customer care people aprox 15 times and mailed detailed transaction rules after that i got total points some times they do mistakes

I got this reply:

Due to some technical issue, the Life Insurance transactions done through Amazon pay credit card between 24th Aug to 7th Dec 2022, were being provided extra 2% rewards. The rectification on impacted base has been done on 29th Dec'22 by debiting the reward points.

 We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Due to some technical error, extra 2% rewards were credited to your credit card acount on your Life Insurance transactions. We have rectified the issue and debited back the extra rewards given to you erroneously. We are looking forward for your co-operation.
