Amazon pay icici cc and imobile app

I got amazon pay Icici cc today! I registered on iMobile app with same mob no associated with credit card!!! Now when i relogin iMobile app is asking grid verification of debit card??? I was having icici pocket account long back with same no !!! But no debit card with grid !! Now how to proceed !! Pls help

Faced the same issue…. Contacted cc & closed pockets account. Then only it started working.
So u both did not have ICICI Bank account at the time of APayICICI card?
You must be holding ICICI credit card?

no need to close pockets account..i have faced same issue..contact cc they will generate customer id for u to login in imobile app..

What? Hav u ever seen cc ? Where in credit card u find grid value?
Contact customer care…. Grid only printed in debit card.
