Getting sms and emails from Amazon

“Your Amazon Pay balance account will be marked financially inactive on 01 06 2021. Load money or complete KYC to continue usage”

My account is already full KYC done.
I have pay balance in that account.
Should I be worried?

Add 1 rupee directly to wallet. You should do at least one transaction in 5-6 months(though exact limit is 1 year) for any prepaid instrument nowadays to avoid such issues.

Ans.A PPI with no financial transaction for a consecutive period of one year shall be made / treated inactive after sending a notice to the PPI holder. It can be reactivated only after validation and applicable due diligence.
