I have placed order for dining table (white 6 seater)
after 3-4 follow-ups for delivery I recvd delivery and see that it was 4 seater and dark walnut
now I contacted amaozn CC they are saying only refund on return
although product page clearly shows replacement and item is in stock and deliverable to my address with same seller
but they r refusing for replacement and saying only refund on return
but I waited for 10 days to get this delivered
and followed up 10-20 hrs over chat or call with support
escalated to manger level but still same?
any option of highest escalation or how to go legally with consumer court??
