JUST CAME ACROSS THIS USEFUL INFO FOR AMEX CREDIT CARDS AND CHARGE CARDS:
If the amount due as per the monthly statement is not paid by the payment due date, (Minimum Amount Due in case of Credit Card and Full Amount Due in case of Charge Card) Points accrued in the Membership Reward Programme for that billing statement month would be forfeited. To reinstate forfeited points, please follow the steps below:
Review your points forfeited below.
To reinstate points, click on the “Reinstate Now” link next to the month you want to reinstate points from.
Follow instructions on screen to confirm your reinstatement.
Points Reinstatement fee as applicable below will be charged to your card account.

Jet Airways American Express® Corporate Card INR 350 (plus applicable taxes)

A separate reinstatement fee is payable for each Card account and also for each billing period for which you request a reinstatement.
So U need to pay all CC Bills on time.
We encourage you to make your monthly payments on time to avoid future points forfeiture.

Beware dimers.
In my experience, AMEX has turned out to be one of the worst.
They stopped sending me statement/payment delay SMS and didn’t bother to inform me about missed payment. The day I realised, I had missed one payment and was charged 1500 Rs and 1250 reward points. For the first time, I heard rude AMEX CC. The customer care didn’t seem to care even though its their mistake. They don’t even care if you close the card because of this. No refunds except for a mere 250 Rs, bcoz that’s the standard.
No doubt.. became very very rude and not at all customer friendly now.. so sad

These services need to be activated via Amex App manually.
U can activate payment due date alert , transaction alerts via App.
Activate it to get notifications.
It was already activated. I used to manage my CC accounts using these SMSes
So pay CC Bills on time
