Amount deducted but payment status not updated at university website

I think you should wait for atleast 48hrs to get the status updated.

Btw what was the bank used for UPI?

I made many payments(using UPI) all went through immediately, though they were not from Google Pay…

There are many factors behind it bro…. Like bank’s servers (both cust & receiver) site server load etc…. I also do bt only with Paytm or IDFC bank’s account/app & I always avoid on govt. Sites those hv too much load on servers… We hv nb & dc/cc for reason…

UPI is more reliable but most people dnt know after enter your UPI PIN, you need to go back to your browser payment page to complete your transaction asap.

mera ek cousin ka he baat le lo. itna aram se ‘UPI checkout’ transaction karta ha ki pucho maat, paheli baat toh woh hamesa bhul jata ha ki har UPI apps k pending transaction option raheta kaha ha, agar notification na aaya toh, kuch time toh dhundne me lagata ha, uske baad UPI PIN daal k payment complete k baad, wohi pe rukk jata ha ya kisi aur se baat karne lagta ha. Arey bhai iske baad he toh main step ha. Tumko mobile browser me ja kar woh payment processing ko complete karna hota ha ek certain time k under.

if payment gateway is Razorpay Software Private Limited then i think you receive your transaction details in your email id.

Wahi to effortless transactions k liye upi prefer karte hai log… Upi interface is like a wallet it’s not like that..ye nahi samajhte iss liye aur+ upi me chargeback nahi hai reversal hai to ye bhi hai fannda…

So conclusion is avoid upi if u r not aware of pros and cons of it…

I am active a lot on desidime and I never read it once even though it has been said a thousand times. Have I been blind all this time?

UPI me chargeback nahi hai, kisne bataya bhai tumhe ? infact UPI P2P transaction k bhi chargeback hote ha, wrong UPI ID pe send par. UPI Merchant transaction k chargeback toh bohot saal pahele se tha.

Yeh Indians aur unke faltu assumptions.

Hmm. Hv gone through your post…. Hv u noticed kamlesh comment where u hv replied with rbi link…. Here’s how it works…..

Earlier they don’t hv any proper machanism now they r improving might be coz of many complaint to rbi or something bt best is to get the issue resolved with bank itself if something unfortunate happens & banks personnel don’t hv much resources or knowledge to help with upi transactions so at the end upi is last resort as per my openion… Though I use upi even for big transactions bt only for P2P transactions…

Paytm bank UPI use karo merchant transaction k liye, Paytm bank customer support walo ko pura knowledge ha.

ICICI bank UPI bhi best ha, last year ek mera Rs20 ka UPI order cancel hua tha, merchant refund proceed kar diya tha but phir bhi UPI refund nhi aaya tha 10 days tak, ICICI ko twitter pe complaint kiya, turant UPI chargeback register kar liya and within a week me aa gaya refund bank me.

Same thing is happened to me while paying application fee (2000/-) through Google pay. Only after three days i got refund . In your case i assume most probably amount get refunded to your bank. Here at your situation better go for pay again. Time is more important than money if you don’t have waiting period

Its been 4 days already.. forget about the pending transaction and pay the fees again (You will get refund after couple of weeks now*) And this time.. avoid the " Work in Progress UPI " People prefer PayTm, Mobikwik, ICICI UPI apps over NPCI's BHIM App.. so you can understand the reliability factor!

Actually, isme main fault Rajasthan Payments Platform/ Shekhawati University / Rajasthan Government ka hai.
Rajasthan Payments Platform jaisa kachra bna diya government fees etc. ke liye !

Last year internet banking use ki thi toh bhi aisa hi hua tha but usme Razorpay ki jagah PayUmoney tha, complaint se hua ya automatic but few hours baad sahi ho gya tha !

They have not asked email id anywhere on payment page !
I have filed complaint to them via twitter, they have issued ticket ID but when I want track it asks for email id !
Any solution ?

When I contacted Google Pay support today via call, she said that I have to file a chargeback request with my bank.
I have filed it with SBI via email.

And then pursue the refund issue for present one as per dimers suggestions
