Paid fees via Google Pay (UPI)
Merchant / Receiver : Rajasthan Payments Platform (For Shekhawati
University, Sikar, Rajsathan)
Payment Gateway : Emitra Online / Razorpay Software Private Limited
Payment System used : Google Pay App
Payment Method : UPI
Problem is :
Amount got deducted, transaction ID generated but no fees receipt issued and its showing “transaction not done” on university website when I am verifying details of fees payment.
And I have to submit fees receipt prints along with filled form at near by college within 3 days !
I have contacted contacted all the relevant parties and filed complaints but all are in processing still !
So,
If anyone faced similar issue or have any idea then please tell me
What solution I need :
Tomorrow is last day for form filling so,
Either they update the payment status and issue fees receipts
or
they refund my money so that I can fill the form again tomorrow
Please tag the people you think can be helpful in this matter as its really URGENT

I made many payments(using UPI) all went through immediately, though they were not from Google Pay…

if payment gateway is Razorpay Software Private Limited then i think you receive your transaction details in your email id.

They have not asked email id anywhere on payment page !
I have filed complaint to them via twitter, they have issued ticket ID but when I want track it asks for email id !

Same thing is happened to me while paying application fee (2000/-) through Google pay. Only after three days i got refund . In your case i assume most probably amount get refunded to your bank. Here at your situation better go for pay again. Time is more important than money if you don’t have waiting period

I have installed only one UPI app i.e Google Pay so other options were not present at that time.

but isme Google Pay app use huyi na, BHIM app nhi ?
I was not aware about this. I ’ll not use UPI for such sensitive transactions in future.

New normal bro.
I recently made a fee payment @ MNIT jaipur, which the system declined (though The transaction was successful via sbi net banking )
So I had to make another payment through Debit card.
As contacted SBI, they said money has been already transferred to merchant on 5/3/21.
I was like WTF……
Phir MNIT ko call pe call kiye.
Finally ek lady ne bola ki "beta application likho college ko hum wapis kar denge…..

As usual university ki taraf se toh koi response nhi mila.
Razorpay ko complaint di but wo log time lga rhe the kyunki unko merchant/university se response nhi mil rha tha (hona hi tha)
Fir RBI par complaint daalkar uska screenshot Razorpay ko send kiya toh dusre hi din refund process kar diya.
Par ab issue ye hai ki aaj hi refund aaya, aaj hi university website par transaction done show ho gya(with date as 17th March 2021) !
Aur university ka rule hai ki form/fees submit ke next 3 working days me najdiki college me form + fee receipt ka print out submit kro, toh 17th ke hisaab se 20th tak hona chahiye tha !
what did u write to RBI and where did u send the mail to razorpay what is its mail address .
need help bout the same situation . what did u write to RBI . nd where did u send the mail to razorpay. like what is their mail address . this all process is so frustrating.

Amount payed but payment is in under progress message is coming you have to check and update the payment receipt
