Applied for Axis neo on 5th but it's been stuck at the first step in the CC tracker ever since. Contacted everyone via mail & this is how good of a bank it is.

bhai don't worry, like their support team their tracking system is also no guarantee. Ask them in email what happened to your application, they may give some reply hopefully. When you deal with axis, be ready for axe, it's simply funda, don't expect anything positive from them.
