Though I think for his experience, he might want to get a better salary than what he'd get in my company.
It's a full time job, the work is around creating social media posts, flyers, logos, and some other static designs. Salary would be 40-50K or more, depending on the person's capabilities.

Idk what you mean by efforts, but it will be a 9 hour job, work from home (it's an Australian company)
The company doesn't have any strict work policies and the work pressure isn't much too.
