Anyway How I can upgrade my Legend Card to Pioneer Heritage Credit Card?

Recently I have got call from a IndusInd Sales agent and told I am eligible for Life time free IndusInd Legend Credit Card. I told them I want only Pioneer Heritage Credit Card and I don't want any other card.They told they will process the card I wanted.

But when I got a link of Application form to input my otp, I see there it was mentioned Legend Card. I asked them the same and they told they will process Pioneer Heritage Card in the backend and told me to ignore what is showing in the application form.

Believing them I submitted my otp, done VKYC and yesterday I received Legend Card. Now I am calling the agent and they started ignoring me. I called customer care also but they told they can't do anything.

Anyway I can upgrade my Legend Card to Pioneer Heritage Credit Card?

PS : Actually I am okay with Legend Card also. The purpose I need this card is for Booking free movie tickets via BookMyShow. But I asked for Pioneer because max discount is higher. 😛

You fell into the usual trap of "agent saying to ignore what is shown in application form". Forget about getting Pioneer Heritage now at least via any effort on your side not to mention nobody gets top end credit card of any bank that easily except for axis nowadays(where they are approving magnus for ppl applying card-on-card basis with limits of 4-5 lakh).

You will have to wait 6 months for next upgrade. Either they will call you for upgrade or you can connect with customer care for same.

I also have the Legend Card, upgraded few months back.

Banks are not supposed to give upgrades to their top end credit cards so easily & so soon unless you increase your relationship value with bank by quite a large amt in between.

Same has happened with me few months back, an agent called me for a LTF Legend credit card, he has also sent me an email for a ltf Legends card but instead of that I've received Aura edge cc. The same agent has requested me to wait till September to get eligible for legend cc upgrade. These agents can't be trusted with all the information they provided even on email and application form.

Be happy with what you got they don't give heritage metal even pioneer account holders it is a invite only card and requires 5 lac existing limit on indusind. Just by looking at offers don't think those cards are easy to get. Also fees of that card is 1.80 lac

Yes it's true. Legend is LTF only for select people. I have a savings account and took Legend LTF when offered. Before that they offered me Aura Edge LTF but I passed on that.

Legend was being offered on LTF basis a while back on paisa bazar. I got one through them, never had a relationship with Indus till then.

I have LTF legend with 50k limit. Lowest limit of all cards I have. I rarely use it. Will they offer limit enhancement if I use it rarely? Or I have to use it more?
