I bought boAt Immortal 400 headphone from Vijaysales.com on 14-Apr. After so many follow-ups they sent me on 24-Apr but It was used product. So I sent email to [email protected] with unboxing video. Their customer care number (+91 7303434043) mentioned on website belongs to some employee and he was very rude.
I went to nearby vijaysales store and got one number of person related to online shopping and I explaing my issue to him.
He said that they are ready to give me Rs100 discount coupon which can be used on product worth Rs.1,100 or more to keep the used headphone.
but I refused to take discount coupon and asked for refund or replacement. Now 6 days are passed and they are not responding.
and person who is handing online sale has block my number. everyday i am sending email but no luck,
There is no return or similar option on their website.
Now how to handle this?

if one pay for new item and seller sent used one and seller is not ready to answer properly, the buyer will obviously feel cheated.

I received the product by Bluedart and they don't handover to me without providing OTP to delivery guy.
Also, from outer polythene packing, it is not visible that what would be inside it.
So dimers who want to buy from vijaysales, beware.

I raise complain in consumerhelpline.gov.in and sent mail to VijaySales that I raise complain.
and within 30min i got call from them and they said to give headphone to nearest Vijaysales store and they will give refund.
and also sent confirmation mail.
so it means that they were reading my emails but ignoring them deliberately.
For last 8 days no mail but with this got call and email in 30min. 😀
