I found a jugaad for getting cibil report for free from SBI
Just goto below SBI homeloans site and give details, you can download cibil PDF, password will be otp sent to mobile

You can download credit reports in pdf directly from the credit reporting agencies.

Only these can give you the updated (if eligible) reports.
Other than these you can generate old reports from Cred/One score/ Paisabazaar application
Don’t opt for paid subscription, only get the free report
