Applied for icici platinum ltf card while having apay icici yet it's asking for all the documents.

As the sale is coming and apay Icici doesn’t work on flipkart i was thinking of getting the platinum ltf card for the same and applied online thinking it will approve it due to me having apay icici for a year but it was just like a normal process and now they are asking for documents and other required things.
Shouldn’t it be approved without them since i already own an icici card ? Or if somebody know if there’s a way to do that please tell.
I am not having salary since last few months so salary slip is a issue that’s why asking.

Nope, you need to submit all the documents. I had HP Coral/with ICICI savings, but when i applied for PL, i visited the branch and submitted all the documents and perform VKYC. Usually it will be approved within a week.
Will submit whatever i have then.

If they are asking you have to provide.
ICICI dont ask documents for pre-approved cards…Unless you have pre-approved offer you have to provide documents.
No salary but you want to have a credit card…Bro get priorities right.

There is one workaround by applying expression card and upgrading it to platinum by calling customer care
Same. I already have Amazon pay card but due to useless for offer, I had applied for platinum card on card to card basis.They did all verification process, two times address verification, and finally got rejected after 20 days.
Main thing is I have Amazon pay, SBI, IDFC, HDFC,Yes Bank and Kotak cards already….
I too did the same thing, went through their process, done with Video KYC today.
Let’s see when I receive the card.
P.S. Same story, holding APay ICICI CC but it’s of no use when it comes to offers because it’s excluded. Similar is the case with Paytm First Citi CC

So, I already have APay ICICI CC and I applied for lifetime free ICICI Platinum CC. I’m yet to receive the card but I logged into internet banking and saw that card that’s showing up is Coral whereas I applied for Platinum CC.
Can this happen? This shouldn’t be the case because I applied for Platinum CC because it’s not excluded from bank instant discount in SALE as opposed to Amazon Pay ICICI CC.
Amazon Pay ICICI CC shows as primary card and Coral as ‘Add on card’, why is it saying so?
Lastly, I’m fine if I’ve been allotted Coral but only and only if it’s lifetime, so, how can I check if there’s no joining and annual fee involved in internet banking?
You will get platinum only. It’s glitch in app as per dimers comment
