hmm this month start i did received cashback points for my credfit card bill payment
hmm well i will be doing payment again in 21st April again, so will confirm by 24th as it usually takes 2 days i think to credit CP

Used Netbanking and received points yesterday.
Looks like I am the one not getting points, I used the app could that be it?

app is not the issue, i did in HDFC app at times it worked for me,
maybe you chose internet banking while making payment for cc (by mistake) hmm are you sure you entered validity mm and yy while making payment via app? if so then you chose debit card, or else you would have mistakenly paid via internet banking in HDFC mobile app because internet banking is the default choice when making payment in mobile app (so becareful before making payment for cc via HDFC mobile app)
I am also facing the issue. The points are not credited payment done April first week till now. I used debit card only for making payments.
Although I have redeemed 750 cashback in the first week and after that did payment. May be this is the reason.
