Good move, the politicians of that state have been sucking it dry! JKLF & HC leaders have their children sent abroad, meanwhile they chant pro Pak slogans & feast on our money

Decision waited from 60+ years finally happened. 1st step is taken now time to make feel kashmiri people we are with them for their progress as those political leaders will now try to fuel the fire more by manipulating their mind. I strongly feel peace will still take some time to settle in valley as long as those separatists are there. Because they are watching power slipping from their hand.
Though i am against any reservation but kashmiri locals should get reservation in all type of jobs in state for next 20-30 years max and bring them in mainstream like any other indian. They were kept away from development by some hypocrite hurriyat leaders who send their own children to foreign for studies and to local they ask to pelt stones.
We cant imagine people there are warned even to caste their vote.

BTW Missing some experts and political pundits for their criticism in this thread, common guys it is not that hard to find a reason to oppose this decision.
Check what Congress, Left, TMC and others said in against this and just mix some own words and use them to oppose it.

There are many things to criticize where bjp govt is hypocrite (sengar case-yogi govt) or lack expertise (financial sector/economy). It will help all of us, otherwise on fake criticism people will be more biased for a party.

US and India are not same. US uses brute force and that is what they all have. For them humans don't matter like India do. Indians think of others before themselves and they can take a bullet to save others. While US thinking is go all out and kill everyone either rebel or a civilian.
India has just deployed army not to kill but to take control if anger arises. If US was there until now bloodshed would have happened as they are brainless creatures. Wherever they enter they know only one style of working i.e kill and kill. While on the other hand India's style of working is first play patiently and don't use force to kill others until it needs to be done for self defense.

When Kashmiri Pandits were masscared and shown brutality even then we didn't followed the model of killing Kashmiri muslims. If any other was there they would have destroyed Kashmiris fully.

The first part of your statement is correct.
The second part is not. Kashmiri Muslims are amongst the most intellectual, hard-working and politically aware people that I have ever come across. It’s sad that we have not been able to build a bridge in all these years to decrease the trust deficit.
Two years since Article 370 abrogation and is there any visible change on ground, No apart from the administrative efficiency that has increased since the place has been reduced to a UT and mostly run by IAS/ public servants. Modi’s going back to Gupkar people shows a paradigm shift in New Delhi’s policy on Kashmir. The back channel talks between India and Pakistan brokered by UAE is definitely taking things forward.
