I have got approval for axis bank IOCL CC with LTF option.
I chose this because FK axis has charges, so wanted to use this for sometime and request for fk axis LTF.
I have few queries ( I asked their CCARE but they are not very clear may be new recruits, but wanted to hear from DD).
1. Can I swipe on any card machine to get waiver on fuel surcharge at IOCL or have to swipe on axis machine?
2. Min. Transaction website says 200, but CC says 400, which is correct?
3. Did anyone receive 500 amazon voucher as per their website, CC says no such offer.
4. Initial 100% cashback of 250 when used within 30 days of card arrival. Did anyone receive this benefit. CC has no clue 
.
5. Another benefit is 1% cash back on online spends and accelerated reward points of 20 on every 100 spent at IOCL. Are these points worth?
Flipkart u won't get on request as ltf... If offer comes for ltf.. U have to apply seperately as new application for ltf.... U can get flipkart paid via upgrade..... This Indian oil card is having lot of issues... Like not giving cashback, adding fuel surcharge.... Etc... Uts ltf keep it... But if u want to use for fuel... Everyday u have to contact customer care.....

Ok thank you. If offer comes i will see after 6 months. The iocl card helps me to start relationship with axis, otherwise is 0 for me.
If i apply when the ltf offer comes for fk axis, my thought was , i will have higher chances of approval, otherwise axis bank seldom considers me.
I may be wrong, but that was my thought process while applying for axis IOCL.

In axis this theory... They can approve also... And not.. They even decline to people with 800 plus cibil... So u can apply and try your luck

Ok sure. I applied 1year back with ltf offer ( some agent called and offered that) . Agent came with tab entered all details and took my docs ( digital process). He said my name was big so cannot fit in tab and left 😀.
This IOCL card also i applied directly from website.

Amazon pay icici will give full waiver of 2.5% , but no cash back on fuel.
Axis bank IOCL will give 1% waiver on surcharge means still we have to pay 1.5% surcharge+GST. That's what CC told me.
We get edge points on fuel in axis bank, 5 points for every 100 spent.
So I don't see any benefit of having axis IOCL card now.
Have you verified how much surchage on fuel and how much waiver was given in your statement? Are they just giving 1% waiver instead of charged 2.5% by dealers?

Yes, but i spoke to CC yesterday, he clearly mentioned 2.5% and confirmed 1% waiver given by axis bank.
Thats why i am asking this again.
Not sure, how experienced that CC is.

I have realised CC on call doesnt know a thing. I called too they coundnt ans properly. But axis support twitter handle explained a few things like 250 this month and 250 next month cashback
I have specifically asked him ( mr. Sourav) all the quries i posted on DD and also mentioned , only tell me offers applicable to me and not in general.
Then he gave this info of 2.5% surcharge after putting me on hold for 5mins asking his senior. So as per you i handled 2 dumbos on call
