i am not maintain the minimum balance of 10k in my axis bank saving account.
so i withdraw my all money by upi.
now they charged me negative 590 balance.
i am also not closed the account.
so plase hel me . i dont want this shitty account.
plz give suggestion how to get rid of it

Thats ok. Just leave this account. You cant use axis savings account again. Thats all
Is it like he will be banned from Axis bank permanently or can he open new savings account?
According to RBI, Bank can not do minus balance for non maintenance of minimum average balance. You should search it from RBI website & show it to bank. Ask them to close account without taking any charges. Bank can not charge after account balance is 0.
I think that guideline is for dormant accounts. Banks can charge an account in negative for active accounts.
I have also axis bank account and they compels to maintain Minimum average balance. I have downloaded the form to close the account.

you may lodge a complaint in banking ombudsman/nodal officer of axis bank against the branch for violation of guidelines issued by RBI , if the case is on or after 10-June-2019.
Once I Had Low Balance In Kotak. Then I Called Them And Informed About The Same They Quickly Raised A Ticket And Refund The Money And Asked Me To Maintain Balance Further.
Transfer the account to your enemy.
Just add nominee as your enemy or xhirlfreind name.
After you die they will have to settle

Just pay the fee and remember to maintain the minimum balance. It’s not like they charged you unnecessarily. It was your mistake and you should accept it. These things happen. Not a big deal. But make sure you learn from your mistakes.
I also got charged 800 rs per month in my ICICI account for nearly an year for not maintaining minimum balance. But I did it intentionally. I was in a rough spot and I needed the money.
Don’t use the account, it will die in 2-3 years, it will go dormant. You don’t have to use or pay for the account. But remember you won’t be able to use axis account again, if you do want to, you will need to pay those fees then.
