As per Bob World app Virtual card issuance fee was Rs 0
But they deducted 295/ Virtual card
Means those who Created 40 Virtual card charges (295*40=11800) Profit for Us (4000)

Yes, charged ₹295, well I generated only one card. 
Evsn if u make zero balance there will be minus balance
-ve is still okay because on their app clearly mentioned no charges
so if we raise complaint to Banking ombudsman -ve will become zero but if we are charged then they will take lot of time for refund or no refund
Only if somehow they reverse then only we are saved else no use now

And another for the virtual platinum card.

Bhai have proper screenshot of Virtual Card page with bank account number visible. I have made a video also where it clearly shows NO ISSUANCE CHARGES.
