As per Bob World app Virtual card issuance fee was Rs 0
But they deducted 295/ Virtual card
Means those who Created 40 Virtual card charges (295*40=11800) Profit for Us (4000)

In their service charge menu it is clearly written that platinum debit card issuance charge is 295.

BOB executive denied to open my account. he gave me an excuse that my PAN Card image and my Face is not matching. He suggested me to cut my hair and shave beard properly before next video KYC session or visit the nearest branch..

Issuance fee is 250+GST and Annual Fee is 250+ GST second year onwards for all digital products as per bob site.

update on my complaint : Dear Sir/Madam Kindly note with reference to the Virtual Debit card charges, since, there are NO charges for generation of virtual debit card through bob World App, we have taken up with concern team for reversal of the same at the earliest. We regret the inconvenience caused in the matter. Please note: Issuance charges will only be applicable to those Virtual Debit Cards for which you have entered request to convert Virtual to Physical Debit Card.Thanks and Regards
Officially BOB virtual card is Free but BOB k system he ghatiya ha or maybe govt ko dekhana ha, ki hum Govt bank employees bank me kam karte ha, khali nhi baithe rahete ha.

I have deactivated my vijaya rupay to take the rupay platinum from BOB
Funny thing is even account numbers were changed by BOB, I wonder what hardship an illiterate/semi literate vijaya customer would have faced when account numbers changed.

Please refer the attached circular no. HO/BR/112/308 dated 17.07.2020, Sub: Revision & Introduction in Debit Card Service charges , wherein Issuance fees for Platinum Variants of Debit Cards is revised to Rs. 250+GST w.e.f 20.07.2020 i.e all new RuPay/Visa/MasterCard platinum debit cards variants issued from 20.07.2020 will be levied with issuance charge ie. Rs 250+GST
Due to some technical issues , issuance charges for platinum variants were not processed at CBS end. The issues has been resolved and charges are now live at CBS end. Kindly guide customer accordingly.
